Jeff & Julie haved served in local church ministry for over 30 years. Jeff served as the assistant pastor for 14 years at Merrimack Valley Baptist Church in New Hampshire, where IBMGlobal was founded. Jeff and Julie have since been called to help global workers who serve with IBMGlobal to cultivate an atmosphere of sustainable, fruitful vitality in both life and ministry for God’s glory.

Missionary member care is the holistic support system designed to help missionaries thrive in their work. It encompasses emotional, spiritual, physical, and logistical assistance to ensure they remain resilient and effective in their mission. This care can take many forms, including counseling, debriefing, logistical support during transitions, and providing resources for mental health and well-being.

At its core, member care is about coming alongside missionaries—offering friendship, encouragement, and practical help to navigate the unique challenges they face. It can range from routine check-ins by pastoral caregivers to urgent crisis response, such as trauma debriefing. Our goal is to foster healthy, well-supported missionaries who can serve effectively and sustainably.
