Often local churches are not equipped to train their missionaries in practical ways for the realities they will face on the field. IBMGlobal desires to bridge the gap between the local church and the mission field.

We provide in-depth pre-field training, on-field support, and debrief care upon return from experienced, seasoned missionaries who know what their life and ministry looks like first hand. We link arms with sending churches so missionaries are truly ready for what they'll face.

This training and readiness requires resources. As God continues to expand the ministry of IBMGlobal, our need for resources expands. This spring, we are seeking to raise $70,000 to begin new initiatives to equip churches to send well, and enhance new missionary training for the life and ministry God has called them to.
